Ragavan has been loved and hated equally since it was released. I am a monkey fan. I have to admit it. I quickly tried to get an Artist Proof as soon as they were up for grabs directly from Simon Dominic.
This 2/1 Monkey Pirate dashes in. It creates Treasure and pilfers cards from the opponent’s deck. This transforms early game pressure into a significant advantage. It makes Ragavan a top pick in aggressive and midrange strategies. The Treasure tokens ramp and artifact count make Ragavan great also in build around decks.
